He has established a proven track record in growing new large-scale and profitable high-tech businesses in areas such as semiconductors, LEDs, illumination, automotive and the vast growing space of UV photonics in the disinfection verticals. Harald’s forte is the development and execution of strategic plans that transform business into market leader positions!

After 3 decades of international corporate business leadership, he offers his high impact strategy consulting expertise to innovative technology start-up and scale-up companies in electronics, semiconductors, emerging markets, global partnerships, organizational development incl. marketing, sales and representations, R&D as well as M&A (DD, PMI) and strategic joint venture advise or contract negotiations.

Harald holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (Dipl.-Ing.) and an MBA (Dipl.-Wirt.Ing.) of the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Dortmund, Germany. He continued to acquire additional certifications such as QM-Specialist and QM-Representative according to ISO 9001:2015.
